I think there are lots of layers to how you are feeling at the moment.  From some of the things you say it looks like your focusing on ALL the negative things that happen and not even noticing any positives, of which I am sure you have experienced many.  You feel under valued and disregarded at home and in your relationship.  Is this because  your hopes, dreams and expectations are not being met or are too high?  You need to take some responsibility in matters however, no one can make you happy that has to come from within.  All relationships need careful negotiation and acceptance, although you should not accept abuse mental, emotional or physical.  If things have changed since your move to the point of being unbearable you will will need to find the strength, energy and courage to turn things around.  Do not rush into more of the same and make things chaotic.  Think about where you want to go, and how your going to get there.  And be careful what you wish for.
